01How is this different from ChatGPT for résumés?
Stet is purpose-built. The agent has structured tools to apply targeted edits, an ATS scorecard that grades each pass against the actual JD, and a memory of every bullet you’ve written so it can surface relevant experience for the next role automatically. ChatGPT will rewrite your résumé; we tailor it.
02Will my résumé be used to train an AI?
No. We route inference through providers under contracts that prohibit training on routed prompts, and we never use your content to train any model. See the privacy policy for the exact contractual language.
03Does it survive ATS parsers?
Yes. The PDF renderer uses the forked Reactive-Resume templates, which are purpose-built for ATS-friendly output (no images of text, no multi-column tricks, real semantic structure). We also score formatting against ATS heuristics before you download.
04How accurate is the JD signal extraction?
JD parsing runs through a typed BAML schema, so the agent sees structured fields (must-have skills, role title, seniority) instead of a wall of text. Accuracy degrades gracefully on noisy postings — we surface low-confidence signals as nice-to-haves rather than guessing.
05Can I export to Google Docs / Word?
Today we export production-ready PDF. Word and Google Docs export are tracked for a follow-up phase — let us know which matters more for your search.
06What does the agent NOT do?
It won’t fabricate experience, dates, or job titles. It won’t make claims you didn’t make. It won’t auto-submit applications. We tailor what you’ve already done — we don’t write a résumé from scratch.
07Is the data I paste into the JD field stored?
Yes — JDs are stored alongside the variant they spawn so you can re-tailor against the same role later. They’re visible only to you and never used in training.
08How do I delete my account and data?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete within 30 days, including embeddings and chat history. The interview audio recordings are deleted within 24 hours of the session ending in either case.
